Botox:

Botox is a neuromodulator that is used to smooth fine lines and wrinkles in the forehead and brow area, address crow's feet and relieve migraine headaches. It is a very popular cosmetic treatment amongst women and men with little to no side effects. 

The treatment itself takes about 15 minutes and you will notice results within days. 

Prior to your injections, please avoid Aspirin, NSAIDs and supplements containing vitamin E. This will minimize bruising. 

Post injection, you may apply ice to the area sparingly. Do not lay flat for at least four hours. Try to sleep on your back the night of your treatment and avoid excessive straining or exercise as well as pools/saunas and hot tubs for 24 hours.

Botox lasts approximately 4 months.

Dysport

When given, Dysport temporarily decreases muscle movement in the target areas to soften the appearance of glabellar lines, the vertical wrinkles most prominent on your forehead and in between your eyebrows. These areas must be injected at the same time to create muscle balance. It is also used on crow's feet. 

Dysport is a neuromodulator that contains cow protein, (in comparison Botox contains human albumin) along with the neurotoxin and sodium chloride.

Restylane Kysse

Dermal Filler - Restylane Kysse is an FDA approved hyaluronic acid filler used on the lips. When injected, Kysse creates volume and plumpness in the lips as well as smoothing lines above and below the mouth. 

Your provider will apply a topical numbing compound to your lips that is made of tetracaine and lidocaine. You will discuss your desired look with your doctor. After about 30 minutes, you will be ready for your injections. The procedure is brief and the results are almost immediate.

SkinVive is the first and only FDA-approved microdroplet injectable in the US to improve skin smoothness of the cheeks.  This product increases hydration to improve skin smoothness and provide a lasting glow for up to 6 months with optimal treatment.

SkinVive is an injectable gel that contains Lidocaine.  Each treatment involves two 1 mL syringes, with 1mL injected per cheek.

Prior to your injections, please avoid Apirin, NSAIDS (like Motrin/Ibuprofen), and any supplements containing Vitamin E.  This will minimize bruising.

Post injection, minimize strenuous exercise and exposure to excessive heat, sun or UV lamps for the first 24 hours after treatment.  Exposure to any of these may cause temporary redness, swelling, and/or itching at the injection site.
